Unlimited Classes
Our unlimited classes run from Monday – Saturday. All our classes vary everyday, and it offers a very basic level of boxing cardio, fitness, weights, conditioning and finished off with an ab workout

1 on 1 Private sessions
Training with a private coach either to learn new skills or to help take your current skill and fitness to the next level

Kids Classes
Our classes will help bullyproof your kids and build confidence, self-discipline, and self-esteem

Amateur Boxing Classes
Learn to box in our amateur boxing classes and even compete and climb the ranks to become a professional boxer

Judo Classes
Our judo classes will be taken by one of our well decorated Black belt in Judo from Cameroon who has competed in the Olympic games
